english cider jug

I am pleased to offer this very attractive lidded pitcher with a cider type strainer in the spout. it is unmarked but for a “2” on the neck , and was likely made in the nineteenth century in birmingham, england. the jug stands 7” tall, 6 3/4” long and has a 3 5/8” diameter foot. it is in very good condition with minor etching to the interior.
